The brief from our clients focused on a place for family and friends to gather. We decided on an elegant design with a warm and welcoming ambience that used every bit of space in this project. We opted for dark and moody boudoirs in the rooms, whereas we went for light and airy spaces in the bathrooms and kitchen. For cohesion, every room incorporated a metallic element.

This client approached us with the request to inject life into an otherwise empty foyer space. As our client loved gemstone colours, we decided to champion rich green tones through this charming home. We brought in a superbly elegant chandelier, commissioned artwork, a hero glass stone table, and a custom-made rug by The Rug Collection to elevate the space further. All elements of this beautiful home are finished with luxurious touches, artists and builders, making it one of a kind.

Investment Property / Internal External Colour Selection / Product Specification & Selection
As this house is our client’s investment home, they wanted a design that looked lux but incorporated materials that tenants could easily maintain. In our styling, we chose a contemporary look with a neutral colour scheme as it looks great and works with most tenants’ furniture. We used marble-like tiles to introduce a lux element that is also hard-wearing and easy to maintain. In the end, the home felt clean and minimalistic.
